Pro Motors has serviced several of my cars over the years. They are up front and honest with their estimates and work they perform. They have great communication with their customers, with no hidden surprises. They are dependable and efficient and knowledgeable. Nobody loves to have service work on their vehicles, but you have to keep them maintained and Pro Motors is the place to go for me.

I brought my car in, because all my lights were on and it was running like total poo. I almost felt like I was writing a bucking horse instead of a car. They replaced my plugs,  and found out that coil number five was bad. They replaced that gave me an oil change and made sure I was set up for winter. I came to get my car on a Thursday. I got maybe just a couple miles away, and it started acting worse than it was before. Luckily the person that gave me a ride decided to follow me. I realized I had to find a place to turn around and so I could call him and ask him to meet me back at the shop. We finally got there which I wasn't even sure we were going to make it and my car is now like smoke I mean like something was on fire. They weren't concerned about that but they put it on the scope again, and this time they found out that coil number three was bad. So here we go again I left my car there he got it fixed I picked it up Friday. He said there was no charge because I did have some insurance that did pay for some of the repairs thank God. Except it didn't pay for labor. One thing I do wish they would do. I wish when they looked at your car and found things that should be taken care of especially if there is something easy like a cabin filter that needs replaced if they would call you and let you know so you can authorize that so you don't have to keep going back there, because let's face it it's inconvenient to have your car at the shop all the time. I was going to give them a four again only because of that, But I decided I will give them a five, because they were good to me and I was able to leave my car there without making another appointment and getting coil three fixed. Although in my opinion that's the way it should have worked in the first place. But I do appreciate not being charged for labor again. Thank you so much, Deb Green

Check engine light came on and the guys at Pro Motors worked me in and diagnosed the problem the same day. Repair completed by 10am the next day. It’s the only place our family goes for automotive service.
